MEdiatiOn Starts with ME and ends with ON -Think about it!

Choosing to mediate is easier than you think. First you have to tell yourself MEdiatiON starts with ME and ends in ON. So get "On" to end your legal dispute. Once you can get out from under the emotional end of why you are at this particular place in your life and start thinking with your mind instead of your brain then you can transition into the mediation spirit. Ready to have a voice, a choice, keep it confidential "out of court" save money and save time! Stay in Control during the whole process!
Are you feeling shot through the heart with LEGAL DISPUTE ISSUES?

Don't get caught up in legal games and fall.

Let a divorce mediator help you stand tall.

A mediator can be your curtain call.

It's not a battle court room war game called Litigation It's a much simple place called MEdiatiON. One of the things that I tell my parties during their Divorce MEdiatiON Session is that remember sometimes..."you have to give to get". Mediation Starts with ME and ends with ON so get ON it and Let a MEdiator help you embrace your case. Did you know that over 90 percent of the cases settle OUTSIDE the courtroom.

Don't just stand there a live wire with nowhere left to turn.

Don't be set in the litigation fire.

Don't be shot through the heart going to court to resolve your legal dispute.

You have a voice and you are not to blame.

A Mediator can help you and give MEDIATION a Good Name!

So don't let the courts litigation process make you feel like a loaded gun feeling like you have nowhere to run.

Contact a MEdiator before the damage is done.

A skilled IVJC Mediator can place a SMILE on your lips.

An IVJC Mediator is at your fingertips!

The bottom line is the thousands of dollars you can save you can deposit into your child's college trust account and the time you save not having to spend wasteful hours in court you could have quality time with your child.

An experienced divorce mediator will support you in discussing with your spouse whatever you disagree about or are uncertain about. You choose the topics, including: whether to get divorced, creating a parenting plan, dividing property and debts, planning for child support or spousal maintenance, handling the bureaucratic process of finalizing the divorce, how you'll treat each other in the future, and whatever else seems relevant to you. This approach usually leads to both people feeling like they've taken good care of themselves and each other; and it supports healing of any wounds connected to the divorce. The legal process, if you choose to finalize a divorce, becomes a simple matter of completing some documentation; and the heart and soul of the agreement has been created by both of you.

Tell yourself; If MEdiatON works for the NFL a billion dollar machine than it can work for ME and YOU. AS quoted "This is going to get resolved through negotiations, not through litigation," said NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. "So talking is better than litigating."

Many divorcing couples lose one or all of the three communication, sex and lose control of finances.

But, once an experienced divorce mediator can get the the communication in process then yes "talk" is always better than litigating in any legal dispute!

Besides you must always think of your health and in the end does it really matter?
